The next two classes usually combine additional cooking instruction, getting you set up for sourcing quality ingredients easily, and getting your kitchen ready for Minimalist Cooking. The classes take place at your home or in Alameda, CA – your choice -, and possibly at external locations (for example an urban farm or a grocery store). All ingredients are included. 9 hours, $720.

Want to learn more? Take the 7-Day Real Food Challenge! Experience and learn in your own kitchen how to create delicious meals from fresh, unprocessed foods, day after day. We’ll stock up on clean foods for the whole week on the first day and then make delicious meals for you for 7 consecutive days – breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. This is a combination of private chef service and cooking instruction for a week, and afterwards you’ll be able to replicate the process yourself indefinitely. 3 hours each day (21 hours total), $1680. Ingredients not included.
